Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Support to Clients, including personal care tasks like getting in and out of bed, bathing and keeping home clean and safe.
• Building relationships with clients and reporting concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
• Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
