The DSP will visit clients in their homes, build trusting relationships, and work with the team to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• Reliable transportation and willingness to visit clients in their homes.
• Must hold a valid drivers license and current insurance.
• Disponibility to work part-time in Faribault, MN.

Responsabilidades

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
• Provide direct support to clients, including personal care tasks and ensuring home is clean and safe.
• Build relationships with clients and report any concerns to the coordinator.
