Job summary

Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an individual in Ocean Township, New Jersey, with community-based support, outings, and promoting independence and integration within the community.

Part-time role with varied schedules across afternoons and weekends; benefits available for eligible hours. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities and personal goals, promoting independence and community engagement.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times.
