Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with disabilities across the state. Positions are full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with competitive pay from $17 to $24/hour.

We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals who want to help people live more fulfilled lives. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required; no provisional licenses.
• Prior experience preferred, with paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Give while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
• Create positive moments within their environment.
