Job summary

Royal Community Support is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an individual in Ocean View, New Jersey. This is a part-time, community-based role focused on one-on-one support, daily activities, and promoting independence.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, self-motivated, and comfortable with small outings and community activities while delivering person-centered care. Starting pay is $25 per hour with weekly pay and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record (<5 points).
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Comfortable with community-based support and local outings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Overview:

Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an individual in Glouster County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with community-based support, small outings, and activities that promote independence and integration within the community.

This is a part-time role

SCHEDULE:

2 days a week total 6 hrs weekly
