Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to collaborate with the person receiving services, co-workers, family members and others.
• Must have a valid Alabama driver’s license and pass required trainings (First Aid, CPR, CPI).

Responsibilities

• Guide and encourage individuals to achieve their maximum independence.
• Perform daily tasks and document activities in Therap.
• Provide direct care and support for individuals in the program.
