Job summary

Starkey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in the Wichita area to help adults with daily living and personal goals in our group homes. We offer paid on-the-job training and flexible, part-time schedules with multiple locations to fit your availability.

No prior experience is required as paid training and supportive supervision are provided. Open interviews are held on Tuesdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm at 8428 W. 13th St. Ste.120, Wichita, KS 67212.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or WorkKeys Bronze.
• Valid driver's license (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Available for 2-4 weeks of paid training (M-F, 8:30-5:00).

• Teach life skills and encourage independence

Pay

• Second Shift Weekday: $15.75 per hour / Second Shift Weekend: $16.75 per hour

Flexible Schedules & Locations

We offer a wide variety of part-time schedules and have multiple group homes across the Wichita area. If selected for a pre-screen interview, we'll review all open locations and schedules that best match your availability and preferences.
