Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring and patient Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in the Tobyhanna, Bartonsville, and Stroudsburg areas. Paid training is provided; PTO and a 401(k) match are offered.

You will contribute to meaningful activities and experiences in the community, with scheduling across local sites. No prior experience required as paid training is provided and education requirements are minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks and driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region.
• Provide creative support through activities and community engagement.
• Provide direct services in homes or community settings as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and training.
