Job summary

Residential Concepts, Inc. is seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals for 2nd shift to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential homes. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, rising to $18.50 with Medication Administration certification, with paid training provided.

This role offers flexible scheduling, PTO, and a SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match. No experience is required—training is provided so you can start making a meaningful difference right away.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points.
• Able to safely transport individuals in a company vehicle.
• Pass a background check and a company physical (paid by RCI).
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.
• Help with meals and household activities.
• Assist with personal care when needed.
• Participate in community outings and activities.
• Help individuals make choices and work toward personal goals.
• Provide transportation in an RCI vehicle.
• Complete required documentation.
• Communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and nursing staff.
• Build positive, dependable relationships with the people you support.
