Kindly Direct Care in North Cape May, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in the community. The role is ideal for a student, caregiver, or human-services professional seeking meaningful part-time work with a consistent schedule.

You will help an adult partner with daily routines, learn new skills, and build social connections while maintaining safety and following individualized instructions.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to the posted schedule.
• Driving in the community required.
• Experience welcome but not required.
• Completion of onboarding, background checks, and training.
