Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in Bergen County. This role fits someone like a college student, educator, or caregiver who can maintain the agreed schedule and consistently show up on time.

You will support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, encouraging independence and progress toward personal goals while following individualized instructions and completing required documentation.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience required.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
