Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to support an adult client in Woodbury, NJ. The role involves one-to-one community-based assistance with emphasis on life skills, independence, and social engagement.

The position requires driving, onboarding and background checks, and provides roughly 10 hours per week with a weekday afternoon/evening schedule and one weekend shift. Pays $17–$21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community.
• Provide life skills support, including assisting with going to job interviews.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
