Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County, Spotswood, NJ. The role focuses on supporting an adult with developmental disabilities in the community or at home, with outings and shopping, and helping progress toward personal goals.

Driving on shift is required, and onboarding including background checks is part of the process. Schedule is Tuesdays and Fridays in the afternoon, offering 17–21 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Commit to exact posted schedule.
• On-site one-to-one support.
• Complete onboarding and background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license and drive during shift.
• Experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community or at home.
• Provide community supports—outings, shopping.
• Encourage independence, social connection, progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with the Kindly team.
