Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring for Supported Living Services as Direct Care Staff (Part-Time) in Monterey County, California. Friday–Saturday shifts include 10:00pm–6:00am, 6:00am–2:00pm, and 2:00pm–10:00pm.

You’ll assist clients with daily living skills, encourage independence, document progress, and collaborate with a compassionate team. A valid driver’s license is required, with reliable transportation and basic digital literacy.

Formación

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check per state standards.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene).
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement.
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes.
