Job summary

Our House Inc. is seeking a Skills and Activities Provider to deliver individualized, meaningful programming for persons receiving services (PRS). The role focuses on activities that advance learning academically, vocationally, mentally, socially, and emotionally.

You will guide daily experiences, support families, and represent the organization professionally while coordinating transportation and ensuring safety and confidentiality. Sensitivity to disabilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take and pass a drug screen.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must be in good physical, mental and emotional health.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities, welfare, progress, supervision, and learning experiences of PRS.
• Plan daily activities including volunteer work, trainings, health and wellness, arts and crafts, and life skills.
• Create individualized programming based on PRS needs and goals.
• Ensure all actions support Our House Inc. mission and values.
• Be a positive representative of Our House Inc. in all interactions with PRS and others.
• Maintain a clean, presentable work environment and dress code.
• Attend trainings and meetings to increase ability to work with PRS.
