Broadview, Inc. in Massachusetts is hiring an entry-level dining assistant to provide beverage service and assist with food service for residents and guests.

The role involves clearing tables, recording intake, stocking beverage stations, washing dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean dining area. You'll work with kitchen and dining staff in a fast-paced environment, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and deliver courteous service during assigned shifts, including weekend days.

Competenze

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.

• Provide beverage service to residents and assist with food service as needed.
• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner.
• Accurately record residents' food and fluid intake as required.
• Maintain beverage stations and bussing carts, ensuring supplies are restocked according to established par levels.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils; store items properly.
• Change dining room linens and assist with setting and resetting dining tables.
• Vacuum and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and attentive customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient meal service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
