Job summary

Broadview, Inc. in Winchendon, MA seeks an entry-level dining room assistant to provide beverage service, assist with food service, and keep dining areas clean and stocked. The role includes weekend shifts and a 4pm–7:30pm window, with a starting rate of $16 to $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service to residents and assist with food service as needed.
• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner.
• Accurately record residents' food and fluid intake as required.
• Maintain beverage stations and bussing carts, ensuring supplies are restocked according to established par levels.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking and serving utensils. Store all items properly.
• Change dining room linens and assist with setting and resetting dining tables.
• Vacuum and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and attentive customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient meal service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
