Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience serving tables in hotel/restaurant desirable.
• Ability to explain menu and assist with selections.
• Capable of working with residents, staff and families.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English and basic arithmetic.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for resident interactions in dining room.
• Prepare tables with cleanliness and organization.
• Attend to residents as they arrive.
• Present menus and assist with food/beverage choices.
• Take food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt communication to kitchen.
• Deliver and serve items quickly and confirm correct orders.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and kitchen areas.
• Assist in transporting food to dining or resident rooms.
