Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is hiring a Dining Room Server to provide exemplary food and beverage service to our Senior Living residents and guests. This part-time role will support dining in one of our senior dining settings, delivering meals with care and professionalism.

Shifts are 3 PM, part-time. We value teamwork, respect, and a commitment to high-quality dining experiences for older adults, with training provided and SafeStaff certification required or obtainable within 90 days of

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow directions.
• Experience with high-quality dining service in a higher-volume setting is expected.
• Florida SafeStaff certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and maintain excellent customer relations according to standards.
• Serve meals to residents and guests in a friendly, caring, professional manner.
• Assist residents with dining needs while providing attentive service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure residents have a pleasant dining experience.
