Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Longmont, CO is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server. You will provide high-quality meal service and create a gracious environment for our residents, with scheduled shifts including Thursdays and Sundays/Monays, and a pay rate of $18 per hour.

You will take and relay orders accurately, communicate clearly with back-of-house staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and supporting special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience in dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service of high-quality meals and facilitate a gracious dining environment.
• Accurate communication and order taking; relay meal orders to back of house staff.
• Offer exceptional customer service in all resident interactions.
• Be present in dining room for full meal service and assist with special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitary standards.
