Qualifications

• Demonstration of Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
• Experience: Previous experience in the dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant preferred, but not required.
• Job Knowledge: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Standards: Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide service of high-quality meals and facilitation of a gracious environment. This entails accurate communication and order taking, properly relaying meal orders to back-of-house staff.
• Offer exceptional customer service, as part of all interactions with our cherished residents.
• Be present in dining room for full meal service and assist with special functions as scheduled.
