Job summary

Dia Art Foundation is seeking a part-time Digital Imaging Assistant for a fixed-term role from July 2026 to June 2027. The successful candidate will support metadata updates and assist in developing sustainable workflows within the organization.

Responsibilities include reviewing image uploads, ensuring complete metadata, and collaborating with various departments. A relevant bachelor's degree and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with DAM research and imaging rights is a plus.
• Education or experience in visual arts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review existing backlog image uploads for accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize and upload backlog images while ensuring complete metadata.
• Assist with and advise on the development of sustainable workflows.
