Job summary

Dia Art Foundation is seeking a part-time Digital Imaging Assistant in New York. Your role involves managing metadata for image uploads in the NetX DAM system. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and advise on sustainable workflow solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the arts. Flexible hours and paid sick days are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in licensing, archives, or publications.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) research and imaging rights is a plus.
• Education or experience in visual arts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review existing backlog image uploads for accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize and upload backlog images to ensure complete metadata.
• Support various departments with metadata-related requests.
