Job summary

Roseville Healthcare & Wellness Center is seeking a part-time Dietitian to oversee nutritional clinical operations and survey kitchen and dining programs for the facility. The role requires at least 2 years of Long Term Care experience; EMR charting experience is a plus.

You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and collaborate with the Dietary Supervisor to maintain high-quality nutrition and dining services for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Experience in long-term care environment (2+ years).
• Registered Dietitian or state licensure as required.
• EMR charting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and collaborate with the Dietary Supervisor to ensure quality food and nutritional care for residents.
• Evaluate MNT needs and implement interventions to improve nutritional status.
• Coordinate care with Interdisciplinary Team and Nutrition Services Supervisor/Manager.
• Conduct meal rounds and ensure dietary requirements are met for residents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Participate in the long-term care survey process and provide in-service training to staff.
