Job summary

Bridgewaterpk in Ocala, FL is seeking a Part-Time Dietitian to support resident nutrition programs and ensure high-quality dietary care. You will collaborate with dietary staff, review diet orders, and help manage nutrition-related documentation while complying with state and federal guidelines.

The position offers up to 24 hours per week, on-site three days minimum, with a competitive starting wage and additional pay for experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from AND-accredited program with state certification.
• At least two years post-graduation experience preferred.
• RDN registration with AND membership active.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary department management to ensure quality nutrition care.
• Participate in CQI and nutrition committees quarterly.
• Assess residents' nutritional status and diet appropriateness.
• Review and adjust diet orders and care plans as needed.
• Record weights and monitor nutrition-related changes monthly.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.
