Job summary

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition assessment, education, counseling, and medical nutrition therapy across clinical settings. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the care team to develop individualized nutrition plans and document care in the patient record.

The role supports a three 8-hour shift per week schedule, Monday through Saturday as needed by the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from CADE-approved program.
• Registration with CDR and Florida licensure.
• Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition assessment, education, counseling, and medical nutrition therapy to patients.
• Develops individualized nutrition care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Documents care in medical record system and participates in rounds as applicable.
• Adheres to Orlando Health policies and maintains regular attendance.
