Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a Long Term Care facility in Ripley, TN, working 6 hours per week. The role focuses on patient-centered nutrition assessments, documentation per the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaboration with the care plan team.

The candidate will complete the MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and provide wound and weight-change recommendations, contributing to high-quality nutrition care in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietitian licensure required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
