Qualifications

• Basic understanding of dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals three times daily for CARES Center residents and School Day students.
• Ensure meals are cooked in safe and sanitary conditions.
• Maintain portion control using standardized recipes and measurements.
• Monitor temperatures of fridges and freezers daily.
• Assist with special dietary needs as directed by the Dietary Manager.
