Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or three years’ experience cooking in a health care environment or with childhood nutrition.
• Basic understanding of dietary requirements.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals three times daily for residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen.
• Monitor and document temperature of all fridges and freezers.
• Participate in dietary team meetings and safety activities.
