Spring Hollow Assisted Living in Orem, UT is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare meals per planned menus and follow federal, state, and local guidelines. You will work under the Dietitian/Director of Food Services and assist in serving meals to residents in a timely, appetizing manner.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), an active Food Handlers Permit, and at least 1 year of supervisory dietary/food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Current/Active Food Handlers Permit.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year dietary/food service supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares the meals.
• Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services to implement changes as required.
• Prepares and serves meals that are appetizing and palatable in appearance.
• Assists in serving meals on a timely basis.
• Ensures food procedures follow established policies and safety standards.
