Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support daily food service operations and ensure residents receive meals safely and on time.

The role reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor and requires high school diploma, ability to read recipes, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds. Training will cover food safety, sanitation, and meal preparation routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read technical procedures and follow recipes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow food service routines in a timely manner.
• Set up and serve meal trays; wash dishes and monitor dishwashing cycles.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; sanitize kitchen areas and equipment.
• Leave kitchen areas clean and sanitary at end of shift; assist as needed.
