Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu.
• Utilizes standardized recipes to prepare menu items and ensures food is served attractively.
• Delivers meals and snacks to designated areas on time.
• Maintains proper temperature of food during preparation and service and records temperatures.
• Keeps work area clean and uncluttered and adheres to sanitation procedures.
