Job summary

Arbors at Oregon is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team. You will assist with preparation and service of meals, follow safety practices, and help ensure residents receive meals on time and per their dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Tenth grade or above desirable.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred, or other food safety certification as required in state or county of facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu and events.
• Uses proper food handling/safety techniques to ensure meals are served attractively and on time.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and proper refrigeration temperatures.

Education

Tenth grade or above desirable

ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
