Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to support the dietary team by serving meals, preparing snacks, and maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen. This role emphasizes meeting residents' dietary needs and working in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and serve meal trays according to dietary guidelines
• Assist with meal service and food preparation
• Clear trays and operate the dishwasher
• Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels
• Prepare snacks and nourishments
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas
• Store food and supplies safely and properly
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout shift
• Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
• Assist the cook and dietary supervisor as needed
