Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to support the dietary department in a health care facility. Shifts include 4-8pm and 7-3p, with opportunities to fill in as needed; applicants are asked to bring a letter of recommendation.

The role focuses on preparing meals, assisting with meal service, maintaining cleanliness in the dietary area, and ensuring safe, sanitary operations and timely service for Residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of meals and beverages.
• Prepare trays according to diet cards to meet scheduled meal times.
• Assist with loading food carts and serving meals to Residents and staff.
• Bag and store food items as directed.
• Clean and wrap silverware and ensure cleanliness.
• Bus and clean tables after meal times throughout the facility.
• Scrape, wash, and rack unclean dishes and ensure proper sanitation.
