Responsibilities

• Liaise between Food Services and other departments regarding patient meals and diets.
• Delivery of meals according to patient identification policies and procedures.
• Assist with all activities related to meal services.
• Transfer diet, allergies, and modifiers into menu software for accurate processing.
• Communicate patient needs to patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and RRH standards in Food and Nutrition Services.
• Record and maintain unit refrigerator temperature logs.
• Answer and log all incoming calls to the nutrition office.
• Generate reports, tallies, calorie counts, and tray tickets within timeframes.
