Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) seeks a part-time instructor to teach non-credit diesel, automotive and electric vehicle mechanics across Catonsville or Dundalk campuses. Develop curricula, stay current in the field, and support students outside class. Prior teaching or training experience in diesel or automotive disciplines is preferred, with industry experience required or an Associates Degree plus related work years. Formación

• Prior teaching/training in diesel, automotive and/or EV mechanics is required or preferred.
• Three years of full-time diesel/automotive/EV work experience, or an Associates Degree with one year of related experience.
• Relevant ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop non-credit curricula as directed.
• Maintain currency in field and relevant licensure/certification through professional development and scholar activities.
• Attend department meetings, participate in college/community service and be available to students outside of class.
• Teaching classes in any or all variations of diesel, automotive, and/or electric vehicle mechanics non-credit sections.
