Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA-approved diagnostic medical sonography program.
• In good standing with ARDMS.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
• Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound and vascular exams per physician specifications and established protocols.
• Assist in non-routine exams, such as vascular studies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control and participate in continuing education as required.
• Coordinate imaging parameters with radiologists and prep reports for interpretation.
• Ensure proper patient consent and prepare diagnostic images for radiologist review.
