Job summary

Duran Golf Club, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., seeks a Part-Time Development Center Inside Operations to support day-to-day operations and create an exceptional guest experience. You will assist golfers, process transactions, support merchandise and F&B sales, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Availability includes Fridays through Mondays 1:00pm-9:00pm and Tuesdays 6:00am-2:00pm; part-time scheduling varies by business needs. EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Golf operations or retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of golf and strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Alcohol compliance training within 30 days of employment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening, interim, and closing procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests.
• Process sales, returns, customer information, and play times using the POS system.
• Help display, inventory, promotion, and sale of golf merchandise and F&B items.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Development Center and surrounding areas.

Duran Golf Club, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Development Center Inside Operations to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Development Center and help create an exceptional experience for every guest. In this role, you'll assist golfers, process transactions, support merchandise and food & beverage sales, maintain practice facilities, and help ensure the Development Center runs smoothly each day.

Required Availability

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 1:00pm-9:00pm
• Tuesdays from 6:00am-2:00pm

Part‑time team members will be scheduled based on business needs and will not be scheduled for all listed shifts each week. Availability for these days and times is required.

Job Duties

• Perform opening, interim, and closing procedures
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests
• Process sales, returns, customer information, and play times using the point‑of‑sale system
• Assist with the display, inventory, promotion, and sale of golf merchandise and food and beverage items
• Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Development Center, practice tee, surrounding areas, and short course

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of golf operations or retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of golf and strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to complete required alcohol compliance training within 30 days of employment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekend and holidays as business needs change
