Job summary

Duran Golf Club, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Development Center Attendant to help maintain the daily operation of the driving range and practice facilities.

This role involves range ball collection, stocking, grounds upkeep, and ensuring a clean, functional Development Center. The position requires weekend and holiday availability with shifts including Fridays/Saturdays and certain mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Be physically able to walk, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious and works well in a team.
• Experience with golf operations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the range picker to collect golf balls across shifts.
• Clean and restock range balls and practice area dispensers.
• Monitor activity on the driving range and short course.
• Collect baskets and assist with daily setup and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the driving range, short course, and surrounding areas.
• Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs and assist with other golf operations as needed.

Duran Golf Club, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Development Center Attendant to help maintain the daily operation of the driving range and practice facilities. This position plays an important role in collecting range balls, stocking practice areas, maintaining the grounds, monitoring range activity, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the Development Center.

Required Availability

This position requires availability on weekends and holidays. Typical shifts are:

• Friday and Saturdays, which shifts typically scheduled between 11:00am-9:00pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm based on course needs
• Tuesdays from 7:00am-10:30am

Part-time employees will be scheduled based on business needs and will not necessarily work all of these shifts each week. However, candidates must be available to work these days and times as needed. Schedules, days, and hours may increase, decrease, or change based on business and operational needs.

Job Duties

• Operate the range picker to collect golf balls throughout your shift.
• Clean and maintain range balls and restock dispensers and practice areas.
• Monitor activity on the driving range and short course.
• Collect range baskets and assist with daily setup and breakdown activities.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the driving range, short course, surrounding grounds, parking lot, and facility.
• Inspect and clean equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with other golf operations duties as needed.

Requirements

• Physical stamina to walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

• Golf operations experience is a plus but not required
