Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a part-time Front Office Receptionist at our North Hills Center for Dermatology in Pittsburgh, PA. You’ll handle patient check-in, verify insurance, and manage scheduling with a focus on friendly service.

Responsibilities include EMR data entry, copay collection, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Prior healthcare customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred; Associates degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in healthcare office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors with a courteous greeting.
• Registers patients in the EMR and verifies insurance eligibility.
• Schedules appointments and manages no-shows and rescheduling.
• Collects copays and maintains accurate financial records at check-in/out.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Keeps reception area clean and organized and answers phones promptly.
• Supports social media presence as directed by clinic leadership.
