Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least three years of recent experience since 2017 managing a contract of similar size and scope.
  • Ability to support multiple complex, time-critical activities including technical or data-processing work.
  • Experience managing schedules, document workflows, action items, risks, and customer reporting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to version control and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily execution of technical guidance, analytical products, briefing materials, meeting support, and related deliverables.
  • Coordinate production workflow for NIC program documents and related materials.
  • Convert customer priorities into assignments, milestones, and staffing requirements.
  • Maintain the Project Task Tracker and monthly updates for NIC Program Manager and COR.
  • Coordinate analysts, writers, reviewers, and SMEs across concurrent products.
  • Monitor deliverable readiness and prevent late, incomplete, or improperly formatted submissions.
  • Prepare weekly materials and monthly status inputs.
  • Support in-person and virtual workshops, including planning and follow-up.
