The role focuses on technical guidance, scheduling, and deliverable quality. You will coordinate analysts, writers, and reviewers, track progress, and ensure timely, properly formatted submissions while supporting workshops and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of recent experience since 2017 managing a contract of similar size and scope.
• Experience managing schedules, document workflows, action items, risks, and customer reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to version control and deadlines.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain federal suitability, facility access, and system access.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of technical guidance, analytical products, briefing materials, meeting support, and related deliverables.
• Coordinate the daily production workflow supporting NIC/NIMS documents and related materials.
• Convert customer priorities into assignments, milestones, and staffing requirements.
• Maintain the Project Task Tracker and monthly status updates for leadership and COR.
• Coordinate analysts, writers, reviewers, and SMEs across concurrent products.
• Prepare weekly meeting materials and monthly performance inputs.
