The clinician will deliver patient care, document with SOAP notes, and coordinate with the Chief Dental Officer. No weekend or on-call duties, with malpractice coverage provided.

Requirements include an active state license, DDS/DMD, and prior clinical/surgical experience. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adherence to E-Verify and background checks.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Examine, diagnose and treat patients within professional standards.
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns.
• Perform routine and surgical extractions.
• Document encounters using SOAP and update health history.
• Submit treatment logs to Corporate Office after each visit.
• Provide dental services within designated hours of operations.
