Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted State Dental License
• Clinical experience in dentistry preferred
• Proficient in surgical procedures and aseptic technique

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within defined scope
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Document encounters using SOAP format and obtain consent
• Submit treatment logs to Corporate Office
• Work within designated hours of operations
