Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery on-site. You will have access to the Chief Dental Officer for clinical consultation and support.

Responsibilities include exam, diagnosis, and treatment within scope, routine and surgical extractions, SOAP documentation, and logging patient care. Requires DDS/DMD and valid license; prior clinical experience preferred. No weekend/evening hours; E-Verify used.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted State Dental License.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Experience preferred for the role.
• Proficient in surgical technique and patient care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within scope and standards.
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns.
• Perform routine and surgical extractions.
• Document encounters using SOAP format and update health history.
• Submit treatment log to Corporate after each visit.
• Deliver services within designated hours of operations.
