Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead the patient care experience from exam to treatment planning. The practice offers in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong flow of new patients.

This part-time role includes a schedule with two Saturdays per month and requires a DMD/DDS degree, active state license, and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review patient records and update treatments as needed.
• Interpret X‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
