42 North Dental seeks a part-time Dentist to join our established practice, delivering comprehensive patient care from exam to treatment. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and manage treatment plans. The role offers flexible Saturdays, a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education
