42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong patient flow each month.

The role requires a DMD or DDS, active state licensure, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. Competitive daily rate and part-time schedule offer flexible opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients; uphold ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standards of care through continuing education

Formazione

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
