42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our a busy practice and deliver comprehensive care. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment planning, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A strong emphasis on prevention and patient education guides daily work in a collaborative setting. The role requires a DMD or DDS, active state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice coverage, and CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
